Nice and quiet rooms, enough space for us, not far from the pentlands and 20 minutes to the airport

Our stay at Ansi 9 Nest was excellent. The hosts were exceptionally courteous, professional, and consistently helpful throughout our visit. The property was spacious, immaculately clean, and well equipped with all essential amenities, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the location is highly convenient, with easy access to the town centre and surrounding areas. We would confidently recommend this accommodation and would be pleased to stay again in the future.

Great communication from the host on the app, and very helpful guidance. Livingstone is not central and / or easy to access via Uber, so it helped that the host provided tips and numbers to local taxis. Very friendly and helpful host. While public transport works well here, the street we were in required some walking to get to the nearest train station. The apartment itself was a pleasure to stay in. From arrival, the check-in instructions were fairly simple. The apartment has a no-shoes-inside policy, which is sensible and feels familiar to home. Clean, spacious apartment with all amenities as advertised. When entering, before the staircase up, the apartment is very cold, but the rest of the space is made comfortable with indoor temperature regulation. Washing machine and other appliances made for a comfortable stay, as well as a nice bathroom and well laid-out rooms. The apartment is behind a co-op, making grocery shopping easier, with a Pizza hut and other restaurants close by for quick takeout.

Comfortable beds and a good size apartment. Good size shower and plenty hot water. Kitchen was well equipped. Space for parking. The property would benefit from a coffee machine for the price charged.

Upon arrival there were crumbs on the kitchen worktop, bedside table in twin bed room was very dusty as was the side table in lounge, floor around dining area could also do with a clean. Some towels are tired and need replaced. WiFi was patchy on the second evening so unable to watch tv or use our own mobile devices. Lorry picking up rubbish from the Coop next door after 1am using their reverse siren woke us up.
