Personnel adorable ils sont tous très gentils et serviables, très bon petit déjeuner préparé minute chaque matin. Les msemen sont délicieux ! Le calme du Riad est très appréciable, c’est très endroit serein au cœur de Marrakech, on se sent comme à la maison. Les produits cosmétiques dans la douche sont superbes j’ai acheté les mêmes pour chez moi !
Nous avions réservé un transfert taxi depuis l’aéroport mais personne n’est venu nous chercher et nous avons dû prendre un taxi de nos propres moyens sans réponse du Riad. Également de la maintenance à faire pour que l’hôtel soit vraiment bien (surtout dans la chambre verte avec vue sur la Koutoubia) ; notre pluie de douche était cassée, beaucoup d’équipements dévissés (porte papier wc, lunette wc etc), il y avait un court circuit électrique et aucun équipement dans la chambre (cintres, mini frigo, adaptateur, bouilloire…)
À noter : Le rooftop est infesté d’insectes donc les transats sont inutilisables
