The cosiness of the house, the cleanliness and the aesthetics of the whole place was admirable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Very nice trustable people.
I guess that some facilities needs to be fixed or replaced like the fridge, I think that was a minor problem and hopefully it will be fixed soon

Très bel appartement bien équipé et avec terrasse commune, finement décoré style Tunisois, avec un très bon rapport qualité prix pour moi c’est le meilleur emplacement de la Marsa, central au flanc de la Place très animée et populaire du SAFSAF, près de la mosquée El Ahmadi et à deux pas de la plage, le contact avec le proprio se passe par messagerie, check-in par boîte à clés codée, check-out simplifié avec dépôt du montant de la location et des clés.

La propriétaire très avenante nous a remis la clé du grand appartement, situé au 3ème étage de l'immeuble n° 16 rue Beni Khiar, ligne de tramway à coté, tout proche de BAB EL KHADRA l'une des portes historiques du nord de la Médina de Tunis, avec ses Souks et restaurants populaires à proximité, une location à petit prix pour toutes les commodités proposées ( 02 Chambres + Salon, SDB privative, cuisine équipée, WIFI ... C'est tout BÉNEF.
