Два этажа. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Получилось продлить пребывание напрямую с хозяином.
Лестница резковата. Во время проживания пропадал интернет. До станций далековато.

Все, вот абсолютно все. Замечательно место, рекомендую смело!
Так как я толстый человек, мне очень тяжело ходить пешком, расположение квартиры предполагает прогулку от метро. В целом приятная прогулка по приятному району. Но мне было тяжело, с другой стороны я во время прогулки спрасывал вес!
