The house itself is incredible! Much more spacious than any other hotel/airbnb I had in Japan. The rooms upstairs are gigantic, with aircon and a lot of space for luggage and to sleep comfortably. But be aware there is just one western bed in the smaller room. The large one is equipped with futons (traditional Japanese beds) and if you are not used to it, you may be uncomfortable. But a tip for you: if you are travelling as a couple, take them both, stack up and done. You have a more comfortable bed and can sleep beside the western bed. The kitchen is incredibly large for Japanese standards and has everything you need. Same applies for bathroom. The location is pretty good with good supermarkets around (Life is 5 min walking and Gyomu is 13min walking). Not the closest one from the train station (Hanazonocho or Tengachaya are both 13-15 min walking).

The wifi is a joke. It's incredibly slow, unstable and sometimes useless. Sometimes it's better to use your mobile 4G/5G instead of the WiFi. If this is important to you, look for another place, but if you want to stay in a very nice and cozy place, this is by far a good option.

Bardzo cicha i spokojna okolica

After getting used to staying there, our family started feeling like it's our home. Since we have been living in the apartment for a long time, we probably felt that way at first. The size for 3 people was good enough of course, the kitchen was fully equipped. The toilet and bathroom were neat. The neighborhood was so peaceful and the location was great since the venue was super close to Nishi-Tengachaya Train Station, LIFE and Appro supermarkets. Tengachaya and Kishinosato subway stations were totally walkable like less than 15 min. There are several bus stops to either Tennoji or Suminoe area near the venue.

Only minor problem we had was the washing machine. We were not certain it's because of the amount of clothes or the soap or both... The machine sometimes couldn't complete its work and stopped at the last part. Since we stayed almost for a month, we needed to use it often. Anyway, please try to put less clothes if you use it. :)
