Super Lage. War ruhig und doch zentral. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand und den Restaurants und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Gastgeber Martin war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

The host Martin is really friendly and welcoming, he did his best to provide us with everything and make our stay comfortable. The location is close to the beach and promenade. The apartment was clean and equipped with AC and amenities.

Fantastic place. I can only recommend it. It is owned by a young gentleman, he is always smiling, during our stay he asked several times if everything was okay, if we needed anything. Breakfast can be ordered at a nearby seaside restaurant, it is a varied, rich breakfast. The place is close to the center, everything is reachable in 3-4 minutes by walk.

Der Wohnungsbesitzer war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und spricht perfektes Deutsch! Er kommuniziert mit seinen Gästen unkompliziert per WhatsApp und gibt Adressangaben oder andere Infos jeder Zeit gerne bekannt.
Das check in um 10.30 war auch kein Problem! Vielen Dank dafür!!!
Das Apartment ist sehr schön, geschmacksvoll und zeitgemäß eingerichtet.
Die Wohnung ist für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nicht geeignet, da bis zu dem Aufzug 15 hohe, hässliche Stufen führen!
Vom Balkon aus sieht man zum Parkplatz mit verwehtem Mist von den 2 Misttonnen, die sich dort befinden.
Unsere Terrase war nicht ordentlich geputzt bei der Schlüsselübergabe (Der Boden und der Tisch gehörten genauso gereinigt wie die Wohnung).
Direkt nebenan hat man ein Balkon von der Nebenwohnung mit dem Blick auf eine verrostete Klimanlage mit vielen Zigarettenstummeln dahinter.
Der Wasserabluss unter der Dusche war verstopft, sodass der Boden im Badezimmer nach jedem Duschen abgewischt werden musste.
Das Frühstück beim Beachclub Tortuga in 400m Entfernung war sehr eintönig, monoton und ausser schönem Ambiente hat uns nicht überzeugt.
Die Beschreibung von dem Apartment auf booking com mit der Lage direkt am Strand stimmt auch nicht ganz, da in Wirklichkeit bis zum Strand hat man 200m über die Straße...
Der Pool mit inkl.Liegen befindet sich auch nicht direkt beim Strand..
Der Preis für 2 Sonnenliegen und einen Sonnenschirm kommt dann extra auf 25 Euro pro Tag dazu wenn man direkt am Strand beim Meer liegen möchte.
Leider stimmt also das Preisleistungsverhältniss nicht, wo wir für 2 Personen, 7 Tage inkl.Frühstück 1080 Euro bezahlt haben. Nächstes mal nehmen wir lieber ein Hotel mit eindeutig mehr Komfort!
