Curat, spațios, dotat cu tot ce trebuie, la 5 min de plajă, parcare privată, piscina în care copiii s-au distrat copios, foișoare/terase unde poți manca sau servi o cafea cu vedere.

Deși plaja și apa au fost curate terasele/restaurantele din zonă au lăsat de dorit. Am mers în Varna pentru a mânca.

Lage, Ausstattung, Ruhe, Parkmöglichkeit (nur Gäste können rein fahren), Pool und die Qualität der Anlage. Alles auf höchsten Niveau. Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Cazare excepțională, tot ce aveți nevoie. Camera curată, mobilier de calitate, se vede atenția la detalii. Terasa mare, am avut un apartament la parter iar terasa a fost super confortabila. Bucătărie echipata cam cu tot ce este nevoie, am avut inclusiv gheață în frigider pentru băuturi. Piscina impecabilă, perfectă pentru o vacanta cu prietenii.

Nu este neapărat vina proprietății dar țineți minte ca locația este puțin cam izolată, nu sunt foarte multe chestii de facut in jur insa este bine pentru cei care vor liniște.

Wonderful place for a workation - looking forward to returning👌

We had such a lovely, 10 day stay at Buena Vista. We had the ground floor apartment with a patio and it was great to hang out outside for most of the day, and even enjoy a little side view of the Black Sea. Plus, it had a direct path to the pool, very convenient. Kitchen was well equipped, including oven, toaster and a Nespresso machine + they replaced our towels, and extra coffee pods once/week. We made breakfast, but we also had food ordered, as Varna restaurants deliver without a hitch (and even delivery guys speak decent English!) The washing machine was in the hallway, easy enough to use. Parking was great 👌

You have to cross a fairly busy road to get to the beach, so we didn’t go to the beach much. It also got pretty noisy at the pool, when there were other guest who were rude enough to play music loudly and generally monopolize the pool are. But it can’t be helped, I guess.

Excellent stay - luxurious, comfortable, relaxing and very well kept.

The property is sparkling new, very well designed and well-kept from inside and out - even better than the pictures! We had 2 beautiful terrace apartments overlooking the Black Sea. Amazing sunrises. The apartments inside were spotless clean, the beds, linens and pillows super comfortable even for some of our pickiest children. The kitchen well-equiped and fully functional. Plenty of hot water for showers. Sonia our host was very courteous and helpful. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private fenced-in parking. Easy access by car. We drove every day to the Varna City attractions and shopping usually 20-25 minutes away. Came back in the evening to quiet relaxing nights.

The surrounding area looks like it's still being developed so don't be surprised to see very old and perhaps abandoned structures in the vicinity. But that didn't really bother us.

전자렌지 있다고해서 예약했더니 없었어요. 화장실 휴지걸이 없어서 상당히 불편했고 비누도 없었어요. 거실 방 조명이 너무 어두워서 별로였고 친구들에게 추천 할 마음은 없어요.

Everything. The apartment has a nice design, is, clean, quiet, exactly as in the presentation photos.

I recommend installing some insect nets on the windows and the terrace.

One of the best stays in fifteen years visiting Bulgaria.

Almost everything was great, we would stay here again. We come for over 15 years in Bulgaria but this accomodation is one of the best! Good beds, nice host, clean and well maintained complex, beautiful designed. Beach to be reached by stairs (5 min). Car can be parked behind the fence and there are security camera's to keep an eye on the environment.

We would advice to rent a car (we had one) to do your shoppings. Furthermore only minor things: a toilet roll holder would be useful, the children were sleeping on the couch in the living room but not every curtain was a blackout curtain so they wake up very early.

The apartments are absolutely beautiful. Everything is brand new and fully equipped. There is a large terrace with great view of the sea. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is a free parking at the premises of the complex, which was super convenient for us, because we were visiting by car.

Superb

The location is perfect, between Varna and Golden sands, it's quite and very nice The room is well organized, nice decorated and well treated. All appliance looks brand new. It's just a couple of minutes walking from Kabakum beach which is beautiful, next to the mini-market and bus stop to both directions There's a wonderful pool, the kids love it so much and could spend a few hours there.

There were a few times WiFi went down due to bad weather that harmed the fiber, one time that there was water shut down due to unknown reasons, despite that every approach to the manager was very pleasant and well quickly responsive. She even supplied a galon of water for our use.

Location was very well equipped, clean and very relaxing with a very nice swimming pool. Walking distance to the beach is only 5 minutes.

Great sea view

The property was new and well maintained. Nice garden areas, nice pool. There is all you might need for a longer stay - full kitchen apliances, waching machine, coffee maker (with provided capsules), iron, hairdryer etc.

It was very clean when we checked-in, but then there is no cleaning during the stay. My recomendation is to have a cleaning services at least every second day of the floor...and if new towels are needed.

Amazing villas for a realxing vacation

The villas are very nice- in a very quiet location with sea views from upper floors and beautiful patios for ground floor apartments. Everything was really nice and I will certainly come back.Pool was amazing.

Perfect stay for a family of three!

We found this property after checking number of hotels and villas around and it was perfect match for us with a daughter. The property itself specious and were built to the best specifications, the pool was very good size. The salt was used in the pool rather than chlorine and it makes af if you are swimming in the sea. But you would need a car to get around. Veronica has been the excellent host answering all our questions and guiding us the right direction. I would certainly come again!
