Holiday with with 2ys kid

The 2 bedroom villa is perfect for a vacation for families with children, the garden and the location next to the sea is more then perfect. Clean and kitchen equipped with all you need.

To be mentioned that the water entrance is not smooth and could be waves.

Great view

The view is great, there's a patch of garden with two sunbeds, quite amazing. There's such a good taste and a marine feeling in everything inside. Cozy, cool, comfy.

Squeaky bed (don't go on pretending it's not important). I mean, really squeaky bed when you're not sleeping. The restaurants nearby are kinda cheap. Much better to eat in nearby Varna.

Excellent experience.

The house looks better that the photos, everything looks new. The yard is awesome with perfect view of the sea. The parking is accessed remotely by key which is very convenient. The beach volleyball court is 50m away. You can choose to go to the free beach or buy a sunbed with umbrella. If you go to the free one ,know that there are 2 umbrellas in the house. Very cool is you can access the yard directly from the dormitories without going through the living room.

The toilet seat is a little crowded in one of the bathrooms.

We absolute loved the location, loved the studio, everything was very clean, new and the small yard was eveything we needed for a weekend getaway. We ll be back soon.

Lovely, highly recommend for a couple of days of peace and quite by the beach! Would love to return

The room was absolutely lovely. Spacious, with AC (but the fan above the bed was more than enough), clean big bathroom, with shower and freestanding bathtub, small fridge good for a couple of beers and some water/juice, clean towels, bathrobe and slippers. The wonderful ladies would come to clean everyday, but would skip if asked. The little garden was very well maintained, green grass, 2 sun beds plus, to our surprise, 2 smaller sun beds and umbrella you could take to the beach. Great location, couple of flights of stairs and over a small not that busy road and you're right on the beach. Very good location if you want to chill at the beach, but nothing else to do around the resort. Even for late September, was expecting it to be more lively, but it looked a bit "abandoned" with lots of buildings in construction.

Not really related to the property, but the restaurant downstairs was not that impressive. Looked at the menu for dinner, but few dishes so we gave up and gave it another chance with breakfast. Unfortunately, the food was not that tasty and the plate was full of oil.

The sea view from your bed and from the small garden is amazing. There is a very cozy furnished and equipped room and bathroom. Our dog was happy with the garden too.

Great experience and amazing villa

The location is excellent, right near the beach (just going down the stairs and crossing a small, one way street). The villas are amazing and have everything you want and need (minus a safe). Hosts are great and atmosphere is really good.

I didn't like the breakfast we got. It was really simple and you didn't have a lot of choices (and the ones you had were all premade, can't have something custom). I really wanted to have a safe to store documents and important things.

This accommodation was the most satisfying comparative to any other. The location is on a beach front. It has a perfect garden to satisfy your needs in a holiday with a perfect view to the sea.

Rooms were nice and the view from balcony great. The staff at the restaurant were very nice and really easy to grab something to eat before going to the beach as the place is right on the beach.

Balcony to the next house only separated by some flower pots and you don't get much privacy. To top it up we also got wrongfully accused of stealing our neighbors money, probably because they also felt "exposed". I would advise the hotel owners consider this and invest in a different separator as my overall score would have been a lot higher than 7. We run out of toilet paper and had to take many trips to the reception before we could find someone to help as no one was available. 4 guests rented the apartment ,but only two bathrobes provided.

Тhe view, the privaciwith the yard, the howskeepers are amaxing- every day on top of the well cleaned house they designed different figures on the beds which was such a gun for the kids.

The coffee they give could be for free not only in the first day.:)

Holiday homes with breaktaking views and delicious cuisine

Beautiful holiday homes at one of the loveliest beaches in Bulgaria. Exceptionally clean, very stylish apartment that had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. The management was very friendly, the cleaning staff very discreet and professional and the restaurant food was absolutely delicious! Will definitely return again and again.

Kabakum can be a little boring in the evenings, not much to do there, but luckily it is just minutes away from Varna and other resorts.

Good value for money

Everything was nice, cleaning and changing the sheets and towels was made everyday. The location is very close to the beach. Quiet place, very ok for small children. Ve will for sure come back next year.

The only minus, if you ask me, is the food from the restaurant, which is not wow, but it’s ok, the prices are decent.
