Comfortable stay, Very quiet place, Clean rooms, Clean restrooms, Clean and complete utensils in the kitchen, Very accommodating and kind owner, all of the necessities you request are being provided. Newly built Unit, very nice view from the room.

L’emplacement typique, l’accueil et l’appartement. Tout était parfait. J’ai pu laisser mes affaires toute la journée et me doucher avant de partir prendre mon bus de nuit. La propreté de l’appartement et l’accueil était au top !! La wifi fonctionne très bien et les marches ne sont pas si difficiles que ça et ça fait son charme !!!

The property is relatively new. Clean and has a nice of view of the mountains in the master's bedroom. The balcony is just right for you stand and take your pictures. May tindahan sila sa baba so dun nlng ako bumili ng kape. May mga instant noodles din.

What I didn't like is that the water pressure is really weak. There was no water in the kitchen faucet, and the two bathrooms. It could have been better if they have a pumping system or a water tank above the third floor. From check in 2pm to 8pm I was waiting for the water supply. I had a long day and gusto ko lang maligo at magpahinga. The caretaker was accommodating to let me bathe on their house which is on the 2nd floor of the property. When I left I think he was repairing or installing a water pump on the ground floor. Medjo nakakahiya mang istorbo but when you need to go out for night market and probably go home late. You have to contact them para mapagbuksan ka ng pinto sa baba. Nagpaalam naman ako kasi nga baka ako ay mapagsarhan ng pinto. ayun hinintay naman ako at gising pa si kuya. Kaya napaka accommodating naman niya. Kaso I don't like to wake up someone or keep someone awake para lang hintayin ako. Also the caretaker was not informed that I have booking that day. Their facebook page is unresponsive puro AI kausap. Even here the host is not replying. The number na binigay hindi rin nagrereply days before. I have to call every now and then. May kitchen utensils at gas stove pero walang kitchenwares. Walang kaldero or kawali. Di na ko nagtanong kasi lahat na lang tinatanong ko kay kuya as basic things are not present. I was not able to reheat my food and i did not plan to cook na lang. Master's bedroom was not prepared and may naiwan pang kalat ng previous guests but was left opened so I can go to the balcony there. I was given another room to sleep in.
