It is located beside Burnham Park (Children’s Park). Be prepared to walk a little bit if you want to got to Session Road, the public market, and SM MOA. The room is good for a family of 5 or 6. The kitchen is complete with the stuff you need to cook. The bathroom’s shower is also working and it’s not that small. No complaints also with their beds and stuff. There’s a street view but don’t expect too much, though the condo has enough windows and is well-lighted. We experienced a power outage (city wide) but the condo has generator (just on the halls though), you can use their handy extension and plug it outside. There’s a TV with no channels and faulty remote it might be frustrating to use for some. We have to buy batteries for it and also for their wall clock. The owner and Ate Joan were super helpful and checking in was easy.

WARNING: No parking in the area. There’s one in a creepy basement which can barely fit a regular car (the guards also said so) and you need to pay P350 per day. I have a video of the place, again because it’s creepy and it’s always locked. The owner said she will update her ad in Booking.com because it said there “free parking.” We ended paying 1,600 pesos in a separate parking lot (walking distance: 3-5 minutes). LAX SECURITY: We checked in and the lobby did not even bother getting our names (when I booked, Booking.com only has my name).
