Brand New Luxury Apartments with Great Views

The apartment is perfectly located within 500 m from the metro station, as well as multiple public transportation stops. It is was clean and beautifully furnished with very functional furniture and nice mattresses on the bed + 2 TV sets in the bedroom and living room.Not to mention it was equipped with everything and anything you might need at last minute arrival- from toiletries, diapers and fenimine hygiene products, cleaning supplies and detergents for the washing machine to 3 kinds of coffee, multiple kinds of tea bags, brown sugar, sweetener, plain sugar and honey. Did I mention the craft beers left as welcome gifts along with mineral water and chocolates? Even tiny details like lightweight blankets to cover yourself while enjoying the sunset at the balcony were not omitted. The owners are highly responsive and extremely polite and gracious. It was a pure pleasure to stay at this property! ahh, forgot: decent garage under the bulding for a small fee with remote controlled door, elevator straight up to the apartment, great instructions for everything. Not only you have two TV sets but also a second AC unit in the bedroom, not something you find easy in Sofia rentals. We stay in several places around Europe every year, this is easily the best equipped and best supported one we have seen in a decade of travel via Booking

Very comfortable and clean apartment in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. Beautiful view from the big balcony. Separate air-conditioning units in living room and two bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Good internet connection. Enough space for cooking in very well stocked kitchen. Easy connection with public transportation (several buses and metro). Several small shops in vicinity and good bigger grocery stores within a walking distance. Convenient parking (the space is a bit narrow though due to poles, I recommend carefully reversing to the spot as in the instruction video) for reasonable extra fee.

This apartment exceeded all of our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and decorated with amazing attention to detail. The view from the balcony was truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, cups, and everything else needed for cooking. It even had a great coffee machine, which is a rare and very thoughtful touch. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.
