Newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment in Sofia

The place has been recently renovated. All the appliances are new. It was clean spotless. There are free parking spots nearby. The apartment has all the utilities you need for cooking food, for coffee and for anything you might need. It is with central heating and there is hot water running all the time. There is AC in the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with coolers, as in the summer it can get pretty hot. There are also TVs in each room. It gets hot during summer days, so open windows, curtains down and coolers running are your solutions - the owners thought about this as well.

Location: It is close to Mladost 1 Metro station at about 7 minutes walk. Parking: If you come by car, there should be some places available around the block of flats where to park it. Apartament overall: It is very big. The beds were comfortable. The heat generated by the radiators was very good. The TVs worked great and it was nice that there were 3 in total. The view is also nice as you are on the last floor Bathroom: It was big enough. There was always hot water available. The toilet flushed properly. The lighting and heating was also good.

Bathroom: The toilet was placed too high up and in a too tight place.

The apartment was in a very good condition, with a great view of Vitosha mountain (we found the view on the other side charming too). It was well equipped with everything you might need for a short or long stay (in the kitchen there were even a pair of scissors which we usually miss at most of the places we stay). My wife took the small bedroom and kept praising the bed for the good night rest she was able to get. We were coming from an exhausting 3 week trip, so we were really happy that we could comfortably sleep and recover while arranging some things in Bulgaria. The apartment is at a good place for public transport - bus stop is 3 min walk, metro is 5-7min walk. There is a small shop, a pharmacy and a restaurant in front of the flat. More cafes, shops and restaurants within 2 to 10 min. walk. There was a 2nd pair of keys in the apartment, which we highly appreciated - with my wife we had different meetings and we did not have to coordinate our day around the key (it happens often when renting apartments). In the small bedroom there is a desk which can be used as a working place if needed. The host was amazing - very caring and easy to come into contact with. Thank you, Stefi!

There was for some reason a wide step in front of the bathroom and you have to get used to it. For the first 2 to 3 days we had to keep its existence in mind.

This is a beautiful apartment with a stunning view over Vitasha. It is located in convenient proximity to the Metro station. The host is friendly and keen to make sure their guests are happy.

Lift was slightly dodgy.
