Great apartment, spacious and comfortable with all the facilities you could wish for. The apartment also has a small garden where you can sit and balconies. The location is very quiet. There is also a children's playground nearby. The San Marco Molmenti tram stop is nearby and you can get to Venice by tram in 15 minutes (it runs every 15 minutes). Great communication with the owners via WhatsApp. The owners were also accommodating with our departure and arrival times. Absolute satisfaction. This accommodation can be an example to all others.

דירה חמודה ונוחה מאוד לביקןר בונציה. יש מזגנים בקומה העליונה והתחתונה - מה שהקל מאוד על החום הכבד. מטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך, מיטות נוחות מאוד, חניה מקלחת קצת קטנה אבל סבירה בהחלט. במרחק 3 דק מהT1 שלוקח ישירות לונציה - מאוד נוח. בעלת הבית מקסימה ועזרה לנו עם מידע לגבי הביקור בונציה. וגם מכונת כביסה שהייתה שימושית מאוד. במרחק הליכה ממש קצר יש פיצריה מעולה וסופר גדול. בקיצור ממליצים מאוד.

Great location! Tram and grocery store are just 3 min walk away. Very friendly hosts, easy to communicate. Very clear check-in instructions. House is really nice, clean and well taken care of. Good cooking pans. It was good that oil and salt were available.

Couple plates were dirty and sticky, but the rest of the utensils were quite clean. There is no AC in the bedrooms, so you might need to sleep with open doors to cool down the rooms at night.
