Много добро местоположение, съвсем близо до спирка, от която през 10 мин минава транспорт за Венеция. Съвсем близо място, от което се купуват и билети за транспорта, закусвалня, кафене. Много хубава сграда и обезопасено паркиране. Любезен домакин и удобен апартамент.

Spacious apartment, balcony, necessary appliances, and dishes. The sofa in the living room can also be used for sleeping. One bedroom has two beds, and the other has one large bed, about 1.60–1.80 m wide. There are wardrobes and dressers. Parking for a car is available.

There was no Wi-Fi for 3 out of the 4 days of our stay. The staff fixed it on the third day. The faucet in the bathroom is loose. What surprised us most was the dirty dishcloths — there was not a single clean one, nor even a cloth for wiping the table. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes properly, or the detergent was poor. The kitchen cabinet fronts are peeling off. The apartment needs renovation. There is a tram to Venice. It is about a 5-minute walk to the stop, then you need to wait, and after that the ride takes another 15 minutes. It takes too much time, and it is not worth it.
