Gute Lage. Wirklich sehr hell.

Schöne Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einer Wohnküche. Nett und modern eingerichtet. Sauberes Bad. Wir haben die Wohnung erst nicht gefunden, da unter der Adresse mit Hausnummer 3 der gesamte Block erfasst ist. Wohnung 61 ist dann der vierte Eingang und liegt in der Seitenstraße. Das Treppenhaus ist alt und stark renovierungsbedürftig, bietet aber tolle Voraussetzungen für eine behutsame Renovierung. Parken kann man für einen wesentlich geringeren Preis als in der Straße selbst gegenüber beim Yachthafen (ca 7€ pro Tag statt über 20€). Alles läuft über die Europark App.
Die ungenaue Angabe des Eingangs hat uns Stress bereitet, da er in der Seitenstraße liegt, die einen anderen Namen als die angegebene Adresse hat. Das Bad hatte einige Macken, so löste sich der Toilettendeckel ständig.

Es ging keine Heizung, wir haben aber kleine mobile Heizungen bekommen.
