The location of the villa was perfect. 5 minute walk from Spinneys and Starbucks. It was very modern. Inside was clean and we were provided with 4 beach towels for using at the pool (although there was 8 of us). The villa looks out onto a lake which has a nice walking track around it, 1.9km total.
Not well equipped eg only 5 forks but 8 of us staying. There was nothing on booking.com that mentioned we’d need to pay a cash 5000 AED deposit on arrival. I was apprehensive to do this as it hadn’t been mentioned, but it was all fine and full deposit returned upon check out.
It could be improved by more essentials e.g enough toilet roll for the whole stay, bin bags weren’t provided and no cloths for cleaning.
