I didn’t even stay I went a paid for a more suitable van. Where’s my refund…?

On arrival it stunk and it was dirty and tired. I ended up paying twice as I wasn’t prepared to put my family in that caravan so I rented one from the park directly. After numerous attempts and two weeks of no reply I’m still without my refund.. not impressed by this sham at all!!

Sink waste pipe wasn’t connected and it made the whole place smell of waste water, very grubby and dirty. very old and tired van which was past it’s used by date.

The caravan was adequate for our holiday as we were out all day most of the days

It was easy to collect the keys from the lock box but it was left to the very last minute to give us the code. The caravan was easy to find and had a nice location on the park, near to the clubhouse and the bus stop, which was ideal to use to get around Skegness. The caravan was clean and contained everything that we needed. There were garden chairs and an umbrella supplied, which was a bonus.

The caravan is a bit run down and dated and could do with some TLC. The oven is rusty and new covers on the sofa would make so much difference. The bathroom sink had been bodged and came off the wall as it had been glued with no support. The single beds are really narrow.

Ideal for family's

The property is in an ideal location for skegness, Ingoldmells, and all other surrounding locations with only a few miles of each other and skegness Beach being the first you come to. Me and my 2 children had a great stay at the property.

Good location, caravan needs an update. Good facilities on resort

Location, easy reach to the beach. The facilities at park dean south view. £18 each to access the activities no restrictions with swimming pool, we went in June. Good reach of the club. Buses come into the resort and drop off. Staff at resorts were helpful and very friendly. Double bed comfortable and came with bedding. Good size fridge. Lots of saucepans and frying pans. Quiet area for location of caravan. The shop was reasonable priced including rock and goodies.

Very outdated caravan, needs a-lot of TLC. Although 3 bedroom the living area small with dining area for 8. Very tight space. Very little storage. Bathroom window doesn’t open, toilet roll holder needs fixing on to wall properly, crack in mirror in bathroom. Does not come with towels or linens for sofa bed. Cutlery tray needs a clean out. Most of unit has random stuff probably useful if you knew where everything was. No reply to question asked before stay. No information on the resort or what’s in the area provided in the caravan which would be useful. Although the caravan was clean it needs a declutter and a good spring clean.
