Das Appartment entspricht den Bildern, sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet

Mit Parkplatz gebucht, man hätte jedoch das öffentliche Parking am Bahnhof benützen müssen. Das ist für mich jedoch kein Parkplatz welcher der Vermieter zur Verfügung stellt. Diese Tatsache hat mich sehr gestört in Anbetracht das die Parkiermöglichkeiten sehr prekär sind. Die Lage kam diesbezüglich noch erschwerend dazu. Von den Einheimischen als unsichere Gegend bekannt und uns geraten sehr Vorsichtig zu sein (bin Sizilianerin und weiss wie mich bewegen, doch hier hatte ich Angst) Wir haben uns vom Taxi abholen lassen und folglich auch zurück fahren lassen. Ab ca. 22 h waren vor unserem Eingang viele Obdachlose die dort die Nacht verbrachten, Dealer und offene Drogenszene. Zum Zentrum min 20 Min.zu Fuss. In der Umgebung praktisch keine Restaurants.

Good value for money for 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. The rooms are relatively spacious, each one has an air conditioner. The water pressure was good. The location is also convenient — just a 5-minute walk from Palermo Centrale Station, not far from the city center, and close to a Lidl supermarket. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage for free at the store nearby.

No basic amenities were provided. We only got 2 rolls of toilet paper for 12 days, there was no soap or shower gel, no detergent. We even had to buy a dish sponge, as the one provided was old and dirty (I guess it was bought by the previous guests). There was also no salt, pepper, or cooking oil in the kitchen. The sound insulation is poor — you can hear neighbours drilling during the day (the nights were okay). Only one key was provided, which was a bit inconvenient for a group of three.
