Very comfortable and roomy. The views were incredible. Driving back up one evening we did see a moose. Every morning a family of turkeys came by for a visit.
Didn’t care much for the drive up the mountain but it was worth it once you got there!

It was very peaceful. We really liked the scenery. The house was clean and well stocked.

We had a great stay overall. The home was peaceful, comfortable, and in a beautiful, secluded location. One of the highlights was spotting a moose right at the bottom of the driveway one evening.
The beds and linens were very comfortable, and we slept well. There is no AC, but fans are provided.
All in all, a lovely stay with just a few small things that could make it even better.
The upstairs bathroom could use a little extra attention. The shower curtain should be cleaned or replaced, and the shower itself could use a deeper clean. Also, there was only decaf coffee available. We really missed enjoying regular coffee outside in the morning.
If you're not used to rural roads, keep in mind the location is about 12 miles of winding roads, even dirt roads with a bit of washboarding if you come in from the Central City side. It might not be ideal for everyone, depending how often you plan on heading out.
