Relax Between Cinque Terre and Portofino

Many things in the apartments need more attention from the owners, adjustments and renovation. The bathroom desperately needs a forced ventilation system to solve the mold problem. The road to the beaches is really difficult. It will be difficult without a car for those who find it difficult to walk uphill, as well as for those with small children. The local bus runs once every couple of hours, but it is only a minibus in itself, which will not fit a stroller, it will have to be disassembled. The travel time from the beach to the house on foot is about 30 minutes, since from the sea you need to climb the mountain almost constantly. The family restaurant upstairs creates some noise in the evenings and is open until about midnight. The nearest store (it's a minimarket) is almost half an hour's walk away.

Michele, persona gentilissima e pronta a risolvere qualsiasi problema. L'appartamento si trova in collina, a 5 minuti di moto dalla spiaggia. Dal terrazzo si vede la spiaggia di Moneglia. Letti comodissimi. Consiglio il ristorante che si trova sopra l' appartamento, si mangia benissimo.

Essendo posizionato sotto un ristorante, ci sono stati rumori di tavoli sedie e vociare forte fino alla una di notte, per cui abbiamo fatto decisamente fatica a dormire. Spero sia stato solo un caso.

Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, do wyłącznej dyspozycji. Miejsce parkingowe. Dostępny taras. Pralka. Chociaż nie ma klimatyzacji, to jest przyjemnie chłodno nawet w upalny dzień.

Taras przypisany do apartamentu, ale trzeba do niego przejść przez podwórze, taras częściowo zajęty przez niesprawny stół do gry w piłkarzyki. Bardzo nieprzyjemna łazienka - zagrzybione ściany i kabina prysznicowa, kamienny osad w kabinie; łazienka po prostu nie wyczyszczona. Przydałby się remont, albo chociaż porządne posprzątanie. Mieszkanie mocno pachnie detergentami, w schowkach mnóstwo środków czystości (oprócz zestawu do pozamiatania) - a mimo tego nie jest zbyt czysto. Po wywietrzeniu zapach detergentów zastąpiony przez zapach piwnicy (pewnie ten grzyb z łazienki).
