A very nice stay in a wonderful location with good facilities and friendly staff.

Location was great, staff lovely. The balconies in the room a plus and amazing common terrace.

If you are very tall the additional beds are too short.

The host was extremely welcoming, she even surprised us by picking us from the train station with a big smile and always helping and friendly.

We were surprised to feel itchy and woke up with red marks, we inspected and we were shocked to find bedbugs. It was obvious the owners knew about the problem because mattresses were flipped upside down with signs of rusty spots on the downside and multiple sheets were placed on top of the mattresses. Since we had a short stay and left early at 5 am, there was no one to complain to or speak to about the problem.

The host, Rita, is fantastic. Italian hospitality at its best. The location is great. The accomodations are good size and equipped with all the necessities. Everything is very clean.

Great location. Easy access to the (free) beach. Great view on the central plaza. Very clean apartment. Extremely kind and helpful staff, especially the lady.

Un appartement très bien situé sur la côte ligure

Très bien situé en bord de mer. Couchers de soleil splendides. En plein centre. Très proche des Cinque Terre facilement accessibles par le train

Manque un tout petit peu de confort. Literie à améliorer, le chauffage dans la chambre fait du bruit et la cuisinière fonctionne par à coups, le sèche serviettes ne fonctionne pas. Une location adaptée à l’été

Ampio appartamento luminoso con un terrazzo vista mare pazzesco. Cucina super attrezza,non manca nulla, ampio bagno con box doccia e lavatrice. Camera matrimoniale ampia e letti a scomparsa nella zona living.Tutto perfettamente in ordine e super pulito. L' accoglienza di Elena è stata a dir poco eccezionale: disponibile,gentile e molto premurosa,ci ha accolto come se fossimo di famiglia. Posizione centralissima fronte mare con un comodissimo parcheggio privato poco distante. Lo consiglio vivamente

Nous aurions apprécié de l’honnêteté !

La terrasse était bien, même si le parasol avait des traces de moisissures. Elena nous a prévenu d’une fermeture de route, nous a indiqué l’itinéraire à suivre et est venue nous accueillir pour nous expliquer comment manœuvrer. Elle nous a aussi aidé à trouver une place de parking gratuite.

C’est la première fois que nous subissons un « downgrade ». Nous avons réservé un appartement pour 6 et n’avons eu qu’un appartement pour 5. Le pire, c’est qu’Elena nous a assuré que c’était un appartement pour 6… Le dernier jour, le chauffe-eau a commencé à fuir : réveil à 5h00, trousse de toilette inondée, pas d’eau chaude le dernier matin et le pire c’est que le problème était connu (attention si vous avez la chambre numéro 4) !

Nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles à Moneglia ! Tout était absolument parfait. L’établissement Giada est magnifique, d’une propreté irréprochable et parfaitement équipé : il ne manquait rien. L’emplacement est idéal, avec la plage juste en face et une superbe vue sur la mer. Avoir un parking sur place était un vrai plus, et tout se trouve à proximité : la gare, les restaurants, les petits commerces… tout est accessible à pied, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Un mot particulier pour le personnel : nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Helena, une personne exceptionnelle, toujours souriante, serviable et disponible. Elle nous a tout montré dès notre arrivée, et nous a dit de ne pas hésiter à la contacter en cas de besoin. Sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ont vraiment fait la différence et nous ont permis de passer un séjour en toute tranquillité. Nous recommandons vivement l’établissement Giada à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer de magnifiques vacances à Moneglia. Merci pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
