The property was clean, comfortable, well-furnished and spacious.
There was plentiful parking near the front entrance to the building, and the property is a short walk to the local train station and supermarkets. Everybody found the beds to be comfortable, the seating in the lounge was plentiful and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-appointed. The property also has a washing machine and clothes drying rack, which was a welcome feature for a family stay and the list of other property facilities is accurate.
The hosts were very helpful and responsive to enquiries, and we experienced no difficulties at all during our stay here.
The soundproofing for the apartment isn’t as good as some others we had stayed at. Although Piding is not a busy town, there was occasional noticeable traffic noise from the road outside and also from the home improvement business next door, where work in the delivery yard starts at 0600h. None of this prevented us from sleeping well, but it might affect people more sensitive to noise, especially in the early morning. Unfortunately, this is outside the control of the hosts.
For guests planning to cook their own meals, the kitchen is small and functional, with an air fryer serving as the only oven/grill/toaster and a basic selection of utensils. Meals may require a little more planning as a result.
These are only minor points, and did not adversely affect our enjoyment of the property, but prevent a 10/10 rating.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Es gibt schnelles Internet, viele Parkmöglichkeiten und um die Ecke ist ein Edeka und Penny.
Alles war perfekt. Ein Backofen fehlt noch aber sonst war alles 1A.
