Resort and Lazy River Arcade 15MI to Disney

Prachtig ruim huis. Alles aanwezig. Buiten de drukte van Orlando maar op prima rij-afstand van de pretparken. Zwembad fantastisch, vooral omdat deze tot 23:00 uur open is. Heerlijk na een dag pretpark.

Conveniently located and spacious rooms my family was treated with it most respect and kindness.

Some amenities were not in working condition

The pool being heated was a plus because it was cold outside.

When we arrived to the condo/townhome we were given a code to put in the keypad on the door but the keypad was dead and would not light up or make any noise to indicate that it worked. We had to go back to the main office and wait in a long line to see if they could help. We were told to call the property manager and we could find the number on the paperwork they gave us, but the number was not there. Finally, I messaged someone from my Booking portal and they gave us a code to unlock key box to get the physical key. Once being there for a few days we ran out of toilet paper and garbage bags. We were told it would cost us to be provided more. After the amount we payed to stay and having to pay resort fees on top of that, I think it could be provided at no extra charge. I also think that it should have been publicized more that on top of the booking fee there would be a resort fee. I was not expecting that and having to pay a non refundable deposit or $250 for damages is a bit much, especially if the place is left clean and undamaged.
