Comfortable One Bedroom Flat in Central London

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, a unos 20 min andando de la Torre de Londres y el Tower Bridge. El personal fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de nosotros.

Una cama es demasiado pequeña, más bien para un niño, y además es incómoda porque es una especie de sillón. La cama que hay en el salón también es bastante incómoda al tener el colchón muy delgado.

Good location. Low price for a whole apartment with kitchen. The balcony is nice. Worth it if there is no cheaper option for three people (which may be the case as this is London).

The main problem: this is not a 5 guest apartment. One bed does not even have a mattress, too hard and small to sleep. The double bed in the main room (the sofa) has mattresses that are too thin to sleep comfortably. This is a 3 guests apartment as it is now. Everything was functional, but broken, or close to. The images are deceiving. Some examples: The balcony door can't be closed, as other reviews mention. The main room blinds are broken. The apartment door lock does not seem safe, as it is too exposed to the exterior and the door can't be closed with the keys. The wifi barely works, too slow. Other minor stuff, like some power outlets, switches, chairs, or kitchen cabinet doors, etc... are poorly maintained. Also, the communication with the host was poor. We had to contact Booking customer support because the host didn't confirm or send the check-in method 24 hours before our arrival, even after trying to contact him by direct booking messages or calls. SUMMARY: We were fine here, the price is low (for London), we could tolerate even more. But we expected more from the apartment description and images.
