Now where do i start. This place is like a dream come true. The host informed us of everything so clearly, you just cant get it wrong, they kept me updated on whatsapp and emails for the exact process for key collection- they really made it as simple as they could- BRILLIANT SERVICE, thank you!!! Then we head to the apartment- free secure parking on site, we were all so impressed!! Now coming into the apartment- WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW- 1st thing you notice is how clean spacious is it. But we all ran to the balcony- and it is really a sight to behold!!! you will NOT be disappointed at the entire view of what feels like the whole of Lake Como!!! Look straight ahead, Lake Como, Varenna Town. Look to the left, Lake Como and more town along the lake. Look to the the right, lake Como and Bellagio and endless views all around. The mountains, i mean we were in awe and literally spent all our time whist in the apartment right here, taking it all in. The sight is spectacular, AND we will come back to stay here!! Now the actual apartment, massive!! clean, well maintained, lovely bathroom (shower) all modern and fully equipped for everything you need. We were all so overwhelmed and so appreciative of finding this absolute gem!!!

I don't want to moan and have absolutely nothing to complain about, we were absolute ecstatic about this place. The odd visitor might complain about no lift, top floor BUT YOU HONESTLY WONT CARE ONCE YOU GET TO THE APARTMENT. All 4 of us who stayed here, would definitely happily walk up and down all day just for the views!!!!

The property was very clean, they left us a nice little care package which was great. The view and outdoor balcony was the best part.

The bed was awful, very uncomfortable and hard. The pillows were not much better. Communication was poor; there were no welcome instructions, and when we called to ask questions, the phone was never answered and response time via chat was slow.
