Die Ameisenplage. Diese wurde allerdings (wie auch der defekte Geschirrspüler) vom Management umgehend behoben.

View to the lake from own terrace was incredible. Property was good size for 4 persons and good bonus was garage in the basement of the house. Because the house was 1km away from the Menaggio centrum it was also really quiet. As well property is exactly like described and shown in the pictures.
Few things were broken or shappy, but nothing so critical that we could not live with those issues. But anyhow is affecting to the experience during the stay.

La terrasse avec la magnifique vue sur le lac. Le garage privatif pour notre véhicule. A moins d'1 km à pied de l'embarcadère à pied pour prendre le ferry pour Varenna, Bellagio.... Mennagio est une très jolie cité calme
Le chemin pour accéder au village est un chemin forestier donc si on rentre tard il n y a pas d'éclairage et non praticable avec une poussette si enfant en bas âge car le chemin est assez cabossé !

The view is indeed beautiful. It’s also great to have a garage to park your car.
The kitchen equipment (e. g. gas oven, coffee machine) is not working properly. In general it’s not the best choice if you plan to cook something.
