Santa Cruz Sunrise Ocean View Penthouse Terrace

L’appartement était super , il y avait tout se qu’il fallait et le propriétaire était très claire dans ses explications et il était disponible. Il y a une supérette de proximité se qui étais appréciable, la terrasse et la vue du lever de soleil était incroyable. Tout était parfais pour nous sentir bien ☺️. Et il y’a la possibilité de se garer tout autour du lotissement donc même s’il n’y a pas de parking privatif ça va, il a y a de la place pour se garer. Et l’endroit est calme nous avons bien dormi pas de bruit particulier. Et je remercie l’hôte pour son attention particulière en nous laissant un petit cadeaux de bienvenue à notre arrivée et avec le lit et le canapé lit près pour mes enfants, c’était très gentil de sa part merci beaucoup ☺️

Gorgeous apartment. Exceptionally clean. Has everything you need. We stayed for a week at the end of October and needed to extend our stay for another week so ended up staying here for two weeks in total. It is in close proximity to shops, the tram and other amenities. Santa Cruz is also only a short journey away for a more lively area with shops and restaurants. It also has a lovely open air balcony that is very spacious. We were very happy with our stay here. There is some renovation work currently happening on the ground floor but this caused us no disturbances or issues. In fact the people doing the work are very nice and friendly.
