Great location, easy to find, very clean
Strong chemical smell (like bug spray?), old building, low water pressure, thin walls, balcony looks onto neighbors (no privacy)

Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Sofa ist nicht zum Bett verwandelbar (war auch unser Fehler, ist ja auch nicht als Schlafsofa deklariert in der Beschreibung) auf Nachfrage bekamen wir trotzdem Bedsheets für Sofa, als kleine Person kann man drauf noch einigermaßen gut schlafen.
Wohnung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt, großes Bett knarzt bei jeder Bewegung, schlechter Wasserdruck in der Dusche, Schiebetür für die Toilette knarzt und klemmt öfters

sehr gepflegt und zum Wohlfühlen
der Lärm durch Motorräder und Autos mit "Sportauspuff" ist nachts etwas störend. Wieso die Polizei die nicht rausholt ist nicht zu verstehen.
