Neapolis city apartment

The location. Two bathrooms which is perfect for 4 people although we were 3.

The location of the apartment was excellent and definitely its strongest point. It was very convenient and close to everything we needed. However, the apartment itself was in poor condition. It was very basic and lacked character. Most of the furniture was old and worn, with the exception of the beds, which were comfortable. The listing mentioned a fully equipped kitchen, but there was no coffee maker at all — neither for espresso nor for filter/Greek coffee. When I contacted the owner about this, the response was somewhat ironic, saying he could bring his own coffee machine from home. A coffee maker is not an expensive or unreasonable amenity, especially when the apartment is advertised as fully equipped. Cleanliness was average at best. The walls were dirty, and the kitchen cabinets were in poor condition. Overall, while the location was great, the apartment did not meet expectations in terms of maintenance, equipment, and overall quality.

One of the showers did not work well. Shower head kept falling. Parking space too small to get in.
