La casa bella ed era nuova e con tutte le comodità compresa lavatrice e lavastoviglie, dotata di un bel giardinetto curato, dove poter cenare fuori, o stendere i panni , il clima ottimo non servono climatizzatori né ventilatori, di cui la casa è dotata. Quartiere molto carino, tranquillo e sicuro, a 10 min in macchina da Parigi ! La consiglio assolutamente!
Il divano letto è veramente molto scomodo, basso e troppo piccolo per due persone ( ragazzi) figuriamoci per due adulti!

Appartement très confortable, literie de la chambre en 160 parfaite, jolie SDB, grand salon confortable et cuisine parfaitement équipée. Petite terrasse agréable.
Le tableau electrique avec le compteur linky clignotant visible dans le couloir.
Le convertible du salon peu confortable pour un adulte, devrait être changé
La vue sur la cour de la chambre avec les poubelles devant notre fenêtre

The location was good for people going to Prix D'Amerique as you only have 8 mins. Shops are within reach.
The property was not ready to be rented on the day, removal of wall mounted heaters and installation of AC were being done. Although we indicated 6pm arrival we still found workers there. The next day workers had to come again to continue and at 7pm were still there. 2 whole days we could not stay in at all. If you put on Oven and hob and AC or washing machine the lights will trip so you have to switch something off. At night we used 1 AC and machine to have lighting. Also outside table is not there and so is the hammock. The sofa bed has no wardrobe so you have to leave clothes in luggage and main bedroom wardrobe is filled with their staff.
