Location is great, check in is very easy and smooth

It was toooo hot inside, +27C and when you open window it’s getting cold at night and you are freezing, it’s impossible to open window for ventilation, only can be opened as a door

The location of the apartment is superb and very convenient. The windows overlook a lovely green courtyard, which made the atmosphere calm and pleasant, with fresh air despite the central location. The building itself is beautiful and full of character — an old historic house with an absolutely stunning entrance hall, elegant chandeliers, and very charming staircases. The common areas were clean and even smelled pleasant, which created a very positive first impression.

Unfortunately, we encountered several issues during our stay. The most serious problem was the absence of hot water. This issue was resolved only on the last day of our stay, so for most of the time we had to boil water in order to take a shower. There were also small ants in the apartment, and after the hot water issue was fixed, the drainage started clogging. Nevertheless, apart from the lack of hot water, the rest of the issues were manageable, and the stay could have been quite pleasant thanks to the excellent location and the character of the building.
