O quarto em si é bom, tem toalha de banho, estava bem limpinho e tinha água gelada. Tem sabonete e shampoo no box o que facilita bastante.
O lugar é muito barulhento. Peguei para dormir uma noite e não consegui dormir. Tinha muito barulho da rua, do trem, de motos dando grau e principalmente barulho de pessoas conversando alto a madrugada toda. Os motoristas de Uber ou táxi tb nos colocam muito medo sobre a localização, então você fica meio medroso. É bem do lado de uma viela estranha. Como mulher sozinha, não arriscaria aqui. Com mais pessoas, acho que dá se for com cuidado. Mas o pior pra mim foi não dormir com o barulho.

A localização é boa, em 15 minutos chega-se de carro no aeroporto de Guarulhos. Perto da acomodação também tem supermercado, o que facilita a compra de comida.
A acomodação precisa melhorar em várias coisas. Primeiro, e o mais absurdo, é que a torneira da pia da cozinha está desalinhada com a cuba da pia. Quase toda a água que sai pela torneira cai FORA da pia. Onde já se viu isso? Outras melhorias fundamentais: limpeza precária (fogão estava sujo, havia lixo sem remover no banheiro, a pia da cozinha estava com restos de comida). Necessário melhorar também as instalações: cama muito mole, travesseiros desconfortáveis, poucos utensílios de cozinha. Pelo preço, esperava mais.
