Local limpo e organizado, apartamento uma graça! Proprietária atenciosa, falei por mensagem tranquilamente. Local bom com mercados e lanchonete perto. Perto do aeroporto.
Algo que não gostei foi sobre outro hóspede que estava ali em algum apto, uma mulher falando muito alto já tarde da noite, não sei se estava bebendo ou se fala gritando mesmo, mas isso me atrapalhou a dormir.

Check in and check out is really fast. Room was comfortable. Easy to accept food delivery. Found it a good alternative to a hotel for our overnight layover. It had a fan which we didn't have to use and storage for clothes.
The microwave wasn't that clean with a little food from the previous occupant inside the microwave.

A localização é boa, em 15 minutos chega-se de carro no aeroporto de Guarulhos. Perto da acomodação também tem supermercado, o que facilita a compra de comida.
A acomodação precisa melhorar em várias coisas. Primeiro, e o mais absurdo, é que a torneira da pia da cozinha está desalinhada com a cuba da pia. Quase toda a água que sai pela torneira cai FORA da pia. Onde já se viu isso? Outras melhorias fundamentais: limpeza precária (fogão estava sujo, havia lixo sem remover no banheiro, a pia da cozinha estava com restos de comida). Necessário melhorar também as instalações: cama muito mole, travesseiros desconfortáveis, poucos utensílios de cozinha. Pelo preço, esperava mais.
