A localização e a limpeza
Tivemos um grande incidente. Não há portaria, a comunicação é feita por WhatsApp. Aí o portao da frente não tem trava, e se fechar por fora você não entra mais. Meu filho, cadeirante e epilético, ficou no quarto enquanto levávamos as malas, e o portão fechou com ele la dentro. Foi preciso ligar 16 vezes para nos atenderem para abrir de forma remota. Foram 20 minutos de muita angústia (além dele estar sozinho lá dentro, o risco de perder o vôo pelo atraso), eu já estava a ponto de arrombar o portão de tanto desespero. Custa nada colocar uma travinha no portão, ou por senha no portão também, ou atender prontamente o telefone do locatário
