The social living space was great; we even got a couple of warm enough days to enjoy sitting in the garden. There was a lovely welcome pack which we also enjoyed.
Only a minor niggle but we found it strange that there were multiple leaflets about the coffee maker (which was a well known brand and pretty intuitive to use) but nothing about the heating system - and it took us a few days to figure out how to get heating upstairs.
