The size and the space. The location and the closeness to the beach.
There wasn't anything. If I'm being picky the immediate surrounding area isn't great, but that's easily overlooked once inside the property.

There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable. There was also plenty of fridge & freezer space. It was very easy to get to the beach.

Large open living space
Road infrastructure meant cars couldn’t get to the house, oven needs a deep clean, and sand coming in on the wind through the ceiling.

Excellent facilities, tasteful decor.. plenty of room, really homely and comfortable fantastic for a large family/group stay.
