No mirror in the upstairs bathroom or bedroom, and a towel rail in the upstairs bathroom would have been helpful too. The downstairs bedroom seemed overly hot despite turning down the heating setting.

Gilly gave us good directions so the farm was easy to find. This oast house conversion was beautifully done to a very high standard. Choice of decor was top notch too-fabulous..... Accommodation was spacious, clean and beds very comfortable. Kitchen and dining area well-equipped. Nice outside patio area with dining table & seating as well as sofa with large sun brolly, all enclosed which keeps it private and secure for children or dogs. I was impressed that Gilly provided dog blankets, bowls, poo bags and treats. There was a lovely welcome hamper awaiting us on arrival, packed with treats for us too! There are quite a few good local pubs, Indian/chinese takeaway nearby. We took the dogs for a walk along a stretch of the Pilgrims Pathway which is within walking distance.

Would have liked a mirror in the top bedroom please!

This place is beyond amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The design is modern and tasteful, with a great balance of style and comfort. The layout is spacious and smartly arranged, making it feel both luxurious and homey at the same time. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality appliances, making it easy to cook and feel at home. The bed was super comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom and shower were spotless, with a sleek design that made even quick showers feel like a treat. Each room has its own unique touch, and you can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful, adding to the overall experience. It’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave. On a scale of 1 to 10, I wouldn’t hesitate to give it a 12. I’ve stayed in many places, but this one really stands out.

Honestly, I felt like I was trying to find a flaw just for the sake of it—like a toyshop inspector on a perfect production line. But there was nothing to point out—everything was simply excellent.
