Vše dobře popsáno. Obdrželi jsme pokyny do aplikace Bookingu. Majitele jsme neviděli. Uvítali jsme vlastní parkovací místo před domem. Apartmán dobře vybaven vč. kapslí na kávu, čaje a ledničky s dobrotami, které se daly uhradit pomocí QR kódu. Vybavení odpovídá fotografiím a popisu. K dispozici pračka a myčka, obojí vč. tablet. Vše čisté. Wellness zdarma vč. županů, jednorázové obuvi a prádla. Ve wellnessu k dispozici voda a čaj.

V předsíni nám chyběl věšák na bundy.

Ubytování bylo jako na zámku, vše čisté a voňavé. Příjemným bonusem je wellness.

Jedním slovem ÚŽASNÉ ! Byli jsme opravdu moc nadšeni z ubytovaní, krásně a moderně zařízené. Můžu jedině doporučit!

I chose this accommodation because it had a high rating on Booking.com and offered air conditioning. The premises do indeed correspond to the photos. It is not my style, and I find the interior rather depressing and impractical. For example, the washbasin in the bathroom is designed in such a way that when you turn on the water, it splashes everywhere around, so you end up getting wet. However, this is a matter of personal taste. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working, but the staff started dealing with the issue immediately after I contacted them by phone. Fortunately, the weather cooled down, so it was not needed in the end. It would be appropriate for the staff to check the technical condition of the apartment. The air-conditioning vents were full of dust, so it is probably difficult to speak of any real maintenance. When I created a draught in the apartment, clumps of dust started blowing around, which was rather unpleasant. They were most likely under the bed. The TV did not work at first, but again, the staff immediately helped over the phone. All contact with the staff is online. Access to the accommodation is via a code, which you receive by email 20 minutes before check-in is possible. The worst thing that can happen is that you forget your phone in the room and do not know the code to enter the building and the apartment. The accommodation does not include breakfast, but the kitchen is equipped. There is a grocery store nearby, but I do not recommend shopping there — the yoghurts I bought were mouldy. My major criticism is directed at Booking.com, as the EUR/CZK exchange rate is completely excessive. This should be investigated by the relevant inspection authority.
