TurnKey I Vinohrady Modern Apartments

I loved the location, the cappuccino machine, the ease of public transport, the shower and water pressure, the twin balconies. There was plenty of storage so we didn't feel too cluttered and the loft was ideal for the kids. The water heater stopped working afterhours and the customer service was instantly available to walk me through some troubleshooting.

It was hot, with no air conditioning, but in the evenings we opened the upper windows to let out the hot air and the door to bring in cool air from the corridor and, honestly, even on a 38C day it wasn't that bad. There was some renovation going on next door involving taking the entire interior down to the bricks (I peeked in, it was pretty cool) which resulted in a constant banging from morning to evening. A notice had been posted in the lobby and I know it's unavoidable, but I let customer service know that it was really beginning to impact our stay. They apologized and offered to pay for our transport to the airport upon checkout, and fantastic compromise, since we were planning to use public transport. One big thing - there was a metal shelf above the couch that had a sharp corner and two of us hit our heads on it. I let the staff know, so hopefully it's either gone or the edge has been protected somewhat.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung sehr gut. Es war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super. Tram direkt vor der Haustür und die U-Bahn ca. 300 m weit entfernt. Check in und Check out war auch kein Problem.

Výborná lokalita, útulný čistý apartmán s dvomi balkónmi, blízkosť električky aj metra. Veľmi pekný dizajn aj vybavenie apartmánu. Nič nám nechýbalo.

Great location tram lines under the building, metro in a 5m walk. Lots of Cafes & restaurants around. Clean apartment, comfy beds. The kitchen was stocked with the needed kitchenware; we enjoyed our stay.

We were 5 people. Even though there was a note about the hot water, you really have to spread showers when you are 5 across a few hours.
