You have spectacular views of Lemon Bay from anywhere in the open plan living area and the master bedroom. The pool is just outside and the private beach is just a quick walk across the street. Bring your boat to the fishing pier (fcfs) and grill your fish on the gulf deck as the sun sets or closer to home by the pool deck.
Walk across the street for gorgeous, unobstructed Gulf sunsets. Wake up to sunrise over Lemon Bay where you might see manatee, dolphin, and a myriad of shorebirds or bald eagles. Enjoy coffee on the screened lanai. The public beach has yoga every day at 8:30 am, weather permitting. There are restaurants and shops with in easy walking distance, but if you want to venture off the key, downtown Englewood has a farmer's market, and plenty of entertainment. Venice is just 15 minutes down the road.
The master bath has a step in shower, and the full bath has a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed. Coin operated laundry is at the end of the building.

We have stayed at this place in the past and the location, description of the property and the amenities are exactly as they are listed. Communication on the property could be slightly better, I feel like we were pulling teeth getting information out of the renter which may have never been an issue if the check in and check out instructions were a little clearer up front. The renter was good at responding, but I feel like we had to ask basic questions that could have been cleared up with more clear instructions up front. All the information inside the unit for guests is way out of date, so check out instructions inside the binder could have helped with the checkout process as well. Instead, we kind of guessed and we got check out instructions 30 minutes before we were to be checked out.Upon arrival this time, we found that the rental unit not very clean. There was trash and food smeared on bed linens as well as counter tops and tables not clean. My wife came down a day later and brought our own linens that we used in the kids room. The door to the shower had been knocked off the track in the master en suite bathroom and we had to fix that to use it. The air filter for the unit is visible to renters and is completely caked over and dark brown and needs to be changed immediately. Overall you cannot beat the location and the amenities! We were just a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit and the communication. We will be back to Sunburst Condos.

Communication was flawless. The property was lovely with access to the bay side, pool, AND beach side. We have visited Manasota Key for several years and this is, by far, our favorite property. We hope to stay here from now on!
