Set in a private community directly across the street from the beautiful Englewood Beach. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest has a twin beds. The carport is enclosed for extra living space. This is a beautiful villa and you won't regret renting this year after year.

The only real complaint is the motion activated lights…and…band/bar noise was way too close.

We had a great time in Florida and enjoyed to stay at the villa.
Property is very specious and has everything you need for great vacation. Property manager is very easy to communicate with.
In real life property is even better than on the pictures. Neighborhood is very nice and quite. Looking to come back.
