Welcome to the Ned Spread! Perfect spot to base yourself for a trip to the mountains! Bring the dog, kids, your BFFS, enjoy a variety of activities in and around Nederland, a funky little mountain town full of live music, craft beer, handmade art, incredible views and hikes, tons of nature and wildlife galore! Possibly see a moose if you’re up early! This lovely house in Nederland offers 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed and two with full beds. With 2 full bathrooms and 2 1/2 baths (one steam shower) and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. The basement even has a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The large, private backyard has a hot tub, zip line, and ninja course. Sit on the stone patio and grill out! Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and heating during your stay. Walking distance to the town of Nederland, bike trails and the bus stop that will take you to Eldora ski resort and/or Boulder. Don't want to take the bus? We are an 8 minute drive to Eldora and 25 minute drive from Boulder. Experience what Nederland has to offer with a stay at our phenomenal house. Pet friendly, our house has a doggy door and a fenced in yard so you can leave your pooch at home.

House was great. Amenities were very nice. Host was extremely responsive. Location is wonderful the yard. The hot tub were all very nice as well.

There is no winery, that is a required question that is not applicable. The house was well appointed. We enjoyed our time there and made the most of Eldora's proximity. It was so nice to be just 10 min away after a day on the slopes. The heated bathroom subfloors are an excellent addition. The outdoor hot tub was enjoyed by a few of us at a time. The master steam shower was a pleasant surprise. The kids enjoyed playing outdoors on the zipline and trampoline. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
