Beds were cozy
1) Kettle in the room was not fit for purpose, with enamel pealing off its inside (2) No toilet paper left in the room. Staff were in the bar downstairs, when I went to bar to ask for toilet paper, I was left standing there for 15 minutes while customers were being served drinks orders. Thereafter I received a big toilet roll which was taken from a downstairs toilet in the pub (3) Room was dusty (4) staff member kept coming in and out of the premises and leaving the door unlocked which went onto the street, so poor security
