Great location and lots of space. Nicely decorated. Great heating.
Shower in the bedroom was a bit odd , not very much natural light as it’s in the basement.

The location and communication from the owners was amazing the property had everything we needed and was literally around the corner from a high street and parking right outside was free
The toilet area and floor could have been cleaner but that might have been as owner was away

Location is excellent, Space is cosy
Didn’t meet the host but they were responsive on WhatsApp and seemed kind and friendly - although it wasn’t tested in case of an emergency!
This is effectively a sharing space - one shares the kitchen and main bathroom which was ok, but not ideal as I had family who wanted privacy .
This is a basement space so natural light, ventilation and fresh air was an issue.
There was a small leak from rain in the bedroom and the cold draught in the WC cloakroom gave me a bad cold which I’m still fighting.
I felt like a student again.. so I think prices should be in the £150 per night range max.
