The location was excellent close by the park and underground stations and a short hop form Paddington Station. The room didn't feel cramped and had good light and air. I felt comfortable hanging out there and doing some work and the washing machine was in the apartment which was very convenient. I wanted tio extend my stay but wasn't able to
Sadly the shower drain was slow running and I had difficulty navigating the entry as the key box wasn't clearly marked.

Amazing stay! Great amenities, definitely a great room size for the pice. Good location, super safe and a wide range of shops nearby, quiet area at night so had no problem/interruptions leaving the window open at night. Property management / host is very responsive and kind!
Biggest con was definitely the amount of stairs to get up to the room, would not recommend if you have multiple heavy luggage. In hot weather it does get very warm in the room as it is the top floor, there is a fan supplied but it isn’t very strong, just an ordinary large standing propeller fan would suit better probably.

Clean and perfectly set up studio. Dog friendly.
Four flights of stairs and the last two are pretty steep and narrow with lots of fire doors so bit hard to negotiate with luggage etc .

il wifi non funzionava e abbiamo chiamato l'host il quale ha provveduto il giorno dopo , ma noi un giorno su 3 lo abbiamo perso; la tenda scorrevole del bagno non funzionava e il bagno era oscurato , c 'era un termosifone portatile funzionante ma i termosifoni centrali non funzionavano ; molto scomodo per arrivare : 4 piano senza ascensore con gradini finali molto alti
