清掃が隅々まで行き届いており、ベッドの寝心地も良く快適に過ごせました。また、二日目の観光に出発する際には、見送りに出てくださったオーナーから『○○へ行ったら天然記念物のトキが見られるかも？』『夜は天気が良ければ○○で星が綺麗にみられますよ』等、色々な観光スポットを丁寧に教えてもらえ、充実した佐渡観光になりました。
隣のレストランが閉まっていたことと、ドライヤーの音が気になったことくらいです。

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel is beautifully designed, with great attention to detail, and the hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel had everything you could possibly need — and even more.
The area is very quiet and peaceful, yet there are still some really good restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

This beautifully restored home maintains a traditional ryokan feel, while adding every modern convenience. Hirata welcomed us and was very attentive and kind. The room was large, quiet, and had everything we needed and more. They suffer delightful extras like quality lotions and other products. We loved our stay there.
