    Our reservation was not in the automatic checkin system, although we had a booking code, a checkin code, and the password. The guy on the telephone was less than helpful. He claimed in English that he did not speak English and that we did not have a reservation and that they are booked out. He did not want to send someone to the location to check and clearly just wanted us off the phone. After 1 1/2 hours of persistence (me) and patience (my wife) he eventually found our reservation and updated the system. No apologies btw. After finally getting our room at 08:30pm, all restaurants were closed and we had to sleep hungry. Terrible experience.

    The Villa is gorgeous.. seamless self check in process, great facilities... great for quiet weekend away from the busy city life. only comment is not much local dining options in the area.. none-the less... we really enjoyed our 'stay-in' vacation.

    Facility and room : overall is clean and well designed, the vibe and design was aligned from outside to inside the room. Although is separate into two floor, but still if I comfort and immersive of living in this room. Service: The check in and check out system is easy to use, simple and fast. Overall, this is a great hotel. And I would say that’s the best one I’ve tried in Japan.

    This is a modern style, fully equipped apartment for family. The whole apartment is clean and neat. It provides very nice drip coffee bag. Fully equipped kitchen. The living/kitchen area is on the upper floor accessible by stairs. It may be a challenge for seniors climbing. Otherwise, bedroom, shower and toilet are on the ground floor.
