In the description under facilities it says sofa bed. But there isnt, its just a sofa! So that needs correcting...

Stayed one night. Good communication with hosts. Self check-in. Clear arrival instructions. The apartment was a good size and was clean. The bed was comfortable.
A few things that can be addressed. The door mat in front of the apartment is old and needs to be replaced. There was a dirty, white towel hanging by front door. I’m not sure what this was for. Cleaning your shoes maybe? There was no coffee for the machine in the morning. This is one of the most basic and necessary things to include for your guests. The toilet wouldn’t flush unless you waited 30 min in between flushes. The water tank would not refill for some reason.

Новенька чистенька квартира, з продуманим плануванням, зручне ліжко і обіймальний диван. Повноцінна кухня, зручна для готування. Затишний куточок в обідній зоні. Все необхідне в пішій доступності, поруч Лідл, центр, парк, вокзал.
Квартира з великими акцентними вікнами, але вони брудні, було б приємніше аби були чисті. Те саме з балконом. З приводу заселення: витратила багато часу на пошуки ключів, попросила допомоги через букінг і тільки тоді скинули відео інструкцію, бажано давати її заздалегідь, бо бігати з валізою навколо будинку і не розуміти де шукати ключі не зручно.
