Contessa Apartments

Nádherné ubytování s výhledem na fontánu. Vybavení apartmánu perfektní, cítili jsme se jako doma. Opravdu nádherně zařízeno, plně vybavená kuchyně

Beautiful big apartment, high end fixtures, ideal location. It was very clean. Had air-conditioning which was necessary, we would stay again.

Communication with apartment owners was not ideal. They didn't respond to one query. We were travelling with two small children in severe heat and requested an earlier check in than 4pm which they did not facilitate. When we arrived the person on desk took my number and said she would ring me when the apartment was cleaned. She never rang despite the apartment being ready by 4pm (we arrived back at 3.30 and it was ready). We also received an email telling us to check out at 10am despite our booking stating check out was 11am.

Páčilo sa nám vlastne všetko počnúc umiestnením v úplnom centre Košíc, krásnym a zároveň praktickým vybavením a zariadením apartmánu, výhľadom na rozhodujúce historické pamiatky, vďaka kazetovým oknám ticho napriek umiestneniu na rušnej hlavnej ulici

Nemám čo vytknúť, pobyt v krásnych Košiciach bol výnimočne spríjemnený týmto ubytovaním. Možno iba upozornenie pre ZŤP hostí, či cestovateľov s pohybovými problémami - na ubytovanie sa treba dostať schodmi, (výťah nie je k dispozícii)

Good location lots of space

Only a ventilator no airco during heatwave , was traveling with my pet. Staff was ok but not warm.
