Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
HOUSE RULES:
Check in is 4pm
Check out is 11am
No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
Limit 2 pets per reservation
There is a $45 per pet, per night fee
Daily housekeeping is not provided
Park in designated areas only
We asks our guests to sign rental agreements
Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 30 days or more prior to your arrival date
Please note that wood is not provided for the fire-pit, and charcoal is not provided for the grill
