Located just 2 miles from the San Marcos River and The Square, as well only being 12 minutes from the ever-popular Don’s Fish Camp—you’ll be floating, feasting, and enjoying local vibes in no time. If shopping is on your list, the famous San Marcos Outlet Malls are only a 5 minute drive away!
Relax with friends or family in a welcoming space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, a fenced yard, and a relaxing outdoor area for those perfect Texas evenings.
Just a fair warning! The Pong arcade game located in the living room is extremely addicting! If you are not careful, you may spend more time battling against your friends!

PARKING - FAIR WARNING! This property allows up to 2 cars in front of the property along with 5 in the driveway. If more cars are reported there will be an extra fee charged to the tenant. We are chill and want you to have a good time but we must respect our neighbors :)
CHECK OUT is at 11 A.M! There will be an extra fee charged to the tenant if failed to meet this requirement unless otherwise discussed with the host. As much as we would love for you to stay we must have the house prepared for the next tenant so please be respectful :)
